El Procurador General de la Naci\u00f3n,\u00a0 <\/span>Eduardo Casal emiti\u00f3 un dictamen en la cuesti\u00f3n de competencia por la causa Adhemar Capital que tiene actualmente detenido a Bacchiani. En sus fundamentos el magistrado apunt\u00f3 contra el Juez Miguel \u00c1ngel Contreras diciendo entre otras cuestiones qu\u00e9 us\u00f3 argumentos \u201cinfundados \u201c y por ello Casal dictamin\u00f3 que Bacchiani puede ser juzgado en C\u00f3rdoba.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"En base a este dictamen el abogado querellante Alfredo Aydar celebr\u00f3 la medida y anticip\u00f3 que viajar\u00eda en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas a C\u00f3rdoba para mantener importantes reuniones con funcionarios judiciales de aquella provincia.<\/span><\/p>\n
